CEO & Founder
Tireless, hustling, and fearless, Katie is the CEO, founder, and spiritual leader of twelveNYC. she is driven by a life‐long urge to collaborate, create, experiment, and tell stories.
Raised in the midwest, Katie came to New York City to launch her career in the Bloomingdale’s buying office. After gaining experience in the fashion, retail and promotional industries, she founded twelveNYC in 2005. “I’m fueled by challenges, passion, and risk,” Katie says. “twelveNYC was born of that fire and it’s still at our core.”
Chief, Global Operations
Brandon runs twelveNYC’s global operations and oversees its production networks. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he’s seen and solved it all before.
Present in the earliest days, Brandon has helped steer the company and set its course. When he’s not managing operations between twelveNYC’s three global offices, Brandon can be found hanging with his and Katie’s four kids, planning his next trip, riding his bike through traffic in NYC, or leading the pack at Soulcycle.
President & Creative Director
Brooke is twelveNYC’s resident trend spotter. With 15 years of experience as a fashion and accessories editor at Elle and Cosmopolitan, knowing what’s now and next is second nature.
As Creative Director for twelveNYC, Brooke scours trade shows domestically and abroad, pounding the pavement looking for inspiration and magic. She spends her days translating market and runway trends into a broad range of curated merchandise and lifestyle accessories for our private label collections and beauty clients.
Acting as both a support and a guide, Carol may best be described as the backbone of twelveNYC. A background in the financial sector, coupled with a steadfast work ethic and unwavering loyalty, make Carol an invaluable asset to the entire team.
Carol previously spent more than a decade at SuttonBrook Capital Management, a multi‐strategy hedge fund, where she played an instrumental role in growing the fund, doing everything from developing infrastructure to working as a senior trader to helping run the day to day operations.
President, Creative & Development, London
With ten years of experience in project management and marketing for some of the biggest names in the beauty and luxury industries, Camille has an innate understanding her clients’ needs and wants.
Camille came to twelveNYC as a client herself. She fell in love with the culture, philosophy, and fabulous merchandise. She then spent two years learning the ropes in our Brooklyn headquarters before opening our newest office in London, operating our UK and Europe business.
SVP, Creative & Development, New York
With a background in wholesale and merchandising and experience working for luxury and online retailers, Cally is our customer service and communications impresario.
She embraces the opportunity to tell compelling, creative stories through product for twelveNYC’s clients, turning relationships into partnerships. She may not be in her home state of Kansas anymore, but Cally attributes her Midwestern roots to her determination and dedication, as well as her appreciation for all of New York’s nuances.
VP, Senior Art Director
After five years of collaborating with CEO Katie Conovitz, Ashley left the design studio she founded and came on board full‐time at twelveNYC. Her Austin, Texas‐based team is responsible for the art direction of projects, from concept to production, meaning Ashley always has her eyes glued to the smallest details and her mind charting the next seismic shift.
Fittingly, she’s known for never sleeping, pursuing her passions, and pressing on until it’s all just right. When she’s not helping brands tell their story and managing and supporting her designers, Ashley enjoys tequila, tacos, fast cars, and time with her seven‐year‐old daughter, though not always in that order.
Anna Wickes Brodie
SVP, Creative & Development
As twelveNYC’s first employee, Anna cut her teeth in the wild and wonderful world of startup culture. That tireless ethos still drives her today as she helps develop custom goods for clients in a wide range of industries and leads the development stage of twelveNYC’s retail programs.
Anna loves working with young companies coming into their own, as well as seasoned players setting a course for continued success. “I think most people would say that I just don’t quit. I love doing the deep dive into a client’s brand and translating that to physical product. I also bring a little punk rock, downtown, make‐it‐happen attitude.”
VP, Creative Design & Development
Megan grew up in Maine, surrounded by her father’s architectural drawings and her mother’s craft projects, learning to love creating. She honed her talents at Estée Lauder, where she spent ten years working on bag design and cosmetic packaging.
At twelveNYC, she’s been able to take that client‐side know‐how and put it to work helping companies design and develop concepts that tell their brand stories in an elevated way. “Having been on the other side of the process helps me understand what a client is looking for,” she says. “I know how important it is to have great design, uphold brand equity, and understand the changing marketplace, and I can get in that headspace and really collaborate with our partners.”
Lis has worn a lot of hats at twelveNYC. She started as a college intern, then accepted a full‐time position, juggling school and work. Over six years, she has climbed her way up the ranks, learning it all by doing it all.
This breadth of experience coupled with a deep commitment to company culture helps her keep projects on schedule and teammates, clients, and suppliers confident in the process. “Good relationships,” she says, “the kind forged by dedication, hard work, commitment, and loyalty are a cornerstone of twelveNYC—and a big part of what’s helped me reach my position here.”
